SCAN digital colony counter

A galaxy of colonies with a clear view

Scan® 50 is a new generation colony counter, offering contrasted colony lighting while protecting the user's eyes.
It improves the ergonomics of colony counting and prevents MusculoSkeletal disorders (MSD).
Traceability is ensured by USB port.

Traceability

Save time by exporting the data recorded during the count via USB, LIMS, spreadsheet or text format. You will avoid
errors in rewriting the results.
You can also connect a barcode(2) reader for data transmission. 

Contrasting colony lighting:

Dark Field 2 is an indirect lighting system with adjustable intensity.
Light reflectors diffuse the light at all points without any reflections or shadows.
It makes all colonies stand out on the surface, in the mass and around the edge of the dish.
Flashes of light are eliminated and the operator’s eyes are protected.

Easy disinfection

To keep the workstation clean, the glass and the smooth handrest are removable.
Easy to disinfect, they ensure perfect hygiene of the workstation.
